Russell has worked in property sales, lettings and property management for the past 30 years. He has gained a wealth of experience selling and letting property for both corporate and private clients. With the knowledge and expertise that Russell has acquired, he is able to advise on matters regarding residential sales, lettings, property portfolios and the “buy to let” market. Russell has attended training courses held by NAEA and ARLA.

Mark has worked in lettings and property management for the past 15 years and has extensive knowledge of the local lettings market. Rosie has 15 years experience working in sales/lettings and property portfolio management, specialising in all aspects of residential property. Holly works in the accounts department ensuring the prompt collection of rentals and payments to landlords on all managed properties. She is an enthusiastic member of staff and is always willing to assist.

Sue works on front desk and her role is to assist in marketing and liaison between landlords and potential new tenants. Sue will oversee referencing for new tenants and update landlords, progressing the application to commencement of contracts.

Nick carries out our routine inspections on managed properties during tenancies and liaises with landlords regarding all property matters. He also carries out end of tenancy check-outs and liaises with landlord and tenant on completion of tenancy.

Josh carries out our managed property inspections. He has a keen eye for detail and liaises between tenant and landlord in order to resolve property maintenance issues.

Sean is part of the front desk team, and comes from a background of property management. His main role is marketing our portfolio of available properties to potential tenants, arranging and conducting viewings, and progressing applications where necessary.
