Our experience selling with Cowling and Payne was absolutely fantastic. We were in a hurry to sell, we got them round for a valuation and were listed the next day. My wife was around for most of the viewings and said that they showed our home off really well. We happily accepted an offer after 6 viewings in 6 days on the market. As a first time buyer, I did not have a clue what I was doing or letting myself in for. I originally went for a property with another estate agent, that I pulled out of due to a bad survey. Their service to me was rushed, uninformative and clearly not interested in my outcome, only their own or that of the seller. However, as a first time buyer I didn’t know any different and thought that is just how it works. Then I found an ideal place that was being managed by Cowling and Payne and the difference in the service provided by them took me by surprise. From the first viewing given by Micheal, who was so knowledgeable about the process of a sale. I asked him to speak to me in terminology I could relate to (Dagenham girl) and he gave me such sound advice. Then once my offer was accepted, I spoke mainly to James and he was so so helpful.
