RUSSELL PAYNE -
Managing Director

Russell has worked in lettings and property management for the past 30 years. He has gained a wealth of experience managing property for both corporate and private landlords. With the knowledge and expertise that Russell has acquired over the years, he is able to advise on all matters regarding residential lettings, property portfolios and the “buy to let” market. MARK NEWHOUSE - Director

Mark has worked in lettings and property management for the past 20 years and has extensive knowledge of the local lettings market. Mark is the Resident Director in the Wickford office and would be happy to discuss any property rental matter you may have. Mark’s commitment to excellence and customer service ensures a good relationship with both our landlords and tenants. Mark has attended training courses held by NAEA and ARLA. Property Inspections Assistant

Josh has worked at Cowling & Payne for 3 years and is Nick’s assistant. Josh helps carry out our routine inspections on managed properties during tenancies, liaising with landlords regarding all property matters. NICK THOMPSON -
Property Inspections Manager

Nick has worked for Cowling & Payne for the past 8 years. Nick carries out our routine inspections on managed properties during tenancies and liaises with landlords regarding all property matters. He carries out end of tenancy check-outs and reports his findings to both landlord and tenant. Nick is both thorough and meticulous in his work and has been trained by ARLA and TDS. Sales Manager

Michael has been Sales Manager at Cowling & Payne for over 4 years and oversees the sales and acquisitions of investment properties for our landlord client base. Hannah has worked at Cowling & Payne for the past 8 years. Hannah works on front desk and her main role is customer liaison between landlords and potential tenants, dealing with email and telephone enquiries, making appointments for prospective tenants to view properties and progressing the application to commencement of contracts. Sue has worked for Cowling & Payne for 10 years. Sue works on front desk and her role is to assist in marketing and liaison between landlords and potential new tenants.
